Handling and towing capacity increase dramatically with the stronger engine - ideal for families planning trips that involve towing a boat or camper - while sacrificing only modest fuel economy. All trims are also available with all-wheel drive, although if that's something you're considering, you may want to opt for the stronger engine. Toyota Venzas equipped with the stronger V6 engine and all-wheel drive still get 25 mpg hwy, the lowest highway fuel economy rating possible on the Venza. The 2012 Toyota Venza design contributes to its unclassifiable attitude. A seriously wide, aggressive stance gives it SUV aesthetics, while its proximity to the ground makes it easy for children and pets to get in and out without sacrificing a modest ground clearance. Wheels start at 19 inches, a rare thing for station wagons, with 20-inch wheels standard on all V6-equipped Venzas. The Venza is available in three trims, the LE, XLE and ultra-classy Limited. A power rear liftgate with remote fob button is standard on XLE and Limited, but it can be added to the LE as part of a package - an attractive option for parents who frequently find themselves short on spare hands. A generous panoramic glass moonroof comes standard on the Limited, but it can be added to the XLE as part of a package. The 2012 Toyota Venza also comes in a variety of striking colors, an attractive departure from station wagons that are only available in gray or white.
Inside, the 2012 Toyota Venza is perfect for small families on road trips, as it seats five with ample cargo, leg, head and shoulder space. Nooks and crannies are engineered into the body interior for practical organization. Seats in the LE are trimmed with a top-quality comfortable and easy-to-clean fabric, while the other two trims have plush leather seats throughout. For comfort and practicality, the 2012 Toyota Venza holds nothing back. |

2012 TOYOTA VENZA SAFETY FEATURES
Toyota's Star Safety System is standard on all vehicles and includes stability and traction control, anti-lock brake system, brake assist, Smart Stop Technology and a tire pressure monitoring system. Other safety features are relatively the same across the board with the exception of an anti-theft system with alarm that's standard on XLE and Limited trims. However, all 2012 Toyota Venza models have exceptional safety ratings with five stars in frontal driver, frontal passenger, side driver and side rear passenger safety categories and four stars in rollover safety in tests administered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In addition, seven airbags - including the coveted rear side curtain airbags - protect passengers throughout the cabin.
