Moving the RAV4's front wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission is 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, while the Rogue's front wheels only get 181 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque.

That's a significant disparity in power output that clearly favors the RAV4. This allows the Toyota to carry more load, tow equipment (comes with Trailer Sway Control feature), and deliver better acceleration and performance every time. It also comes with a brake-actuated limited-slip differential.

Both models have the same fuel consumption in city, highway, and combined driving conditions.

Safety Features Comparison

The 2022 Toyota RAV4 has a more comprehensive set of safety features compared to the Rogue.
